Since 2008, Robert Hemedes has been hosting events and tours for two dining adventure groups in MeetUp: Gay Foodies and Pleasure Palate. In 2013, Robert became a Field Agent for Atlas Obscura. Robert”s goal was to retrace many of Huell Howser’s steps, but has since taken it to the next level, visiting and exploring well over a 1,000 sites all over CA and beyond. Robert always has a running list of 700 places to visit and tries to cross a couple of them off his list every weekend on Atlas Obscura and MeetUp tours and adventures.
