Taylor Moten

Taylor Moten has been seamstress and Costume designer for over 10 years working in theatre, tv, short films and mini series. She is currently an Assistant Costume Designer on the CBS reality show Big Brother and spend the greater part of her week as a freelance designer. Her history of participating in Oratorical Speaking Competitions coupled with a fascination of historical wardrobe has led her to pursue the combination of arts, Theatrical Costume Design.
She was recently awarded an internship opportunity work as an Assistant Designer for The Great Horror Campout. During this interactive production, she rekindled her love of special effects costuming primarily in aging, distressing and adding effects to create horrifying creatures.

Over the years she’s been given the clever nickname of “TaylorMade”, and while she enjoys creating costumes, she spends much of her spare time researching various wardrobe styles and shopping for vintage apparel. Her genuine love of costuming fuels her dream of working as a costume designer for television and major motion pictures in the future. She is a Los Angeles native, and currently reside here in her hometown.
