James Sidler

James SidlerJames Sidler designs and programs lighting for Knott’s Berry Farm’s themed attractions, atmosphere/ambient lighting for seasonal events including Knott’s Scary Farm, architectural and landscape lighting for themed areas within the park, live entertainment lighting design (ie: indoor/outdoor concerts, a live band(s) or DJ), and theatrical stage lighting design. He also works closely with set designers and audio specialists on design ideas, planning and execution of a design for both new and returning lighting needs and projects. James started working at Knott’s Berry Farm in 2004 and joined the Entertainment Department in 2006. James has designed the lighting for Ghost Town Streets (2013), Trick or Treat (2012), Forevermore (2013), and more. He was also a Knott’s Scary Farm monster in The Gauntlet (2009) and Necropolis (2011-2012).
