Preston has been doing haunts for 24 years. The family haunt, Rotten Apple 907, has developed into an iconic Burbank event that draws people from all over Southern California. He has tackled animatronics, pneumatics, electronics, AC/DC wiring, RGB lights, prop and haunt construction. Preston’s day job as a building code professional makes him well qualified to talk about code requirements for Halloween haunts.
