Lematiq

Dancer, Choreographer, Beatmaker, Filmmaker

In Chicago, Illinois, Lamont Easter, Jr. was born to two adoring parents who loved music.
Being raised in Pasadena, California and growing up a shy child, he began expressing
himself silently through creativity and intelligence. Dancing, drawing and writing were
among his artistic endeavors while his parents played music of all kinds, which led to the
puzzle of sounds connecting within his soul.

With a love for diversity, Lematiq had many career desires before he realized that the arts
were his calling. The strong desire to pursue a career in the performing arts and his vision
of touching the hearts of the world, spreading love, joy, and a message of understanding is
what attracted the eye and ear of KhyKel Music Enterprises’ owner, Torrey Adams.Torrey
became Lematiq’s music production and entertainment mentor. Later on,Lematiq became a
disciple of Bishop Dr. Donnie Williams (founder of The Family Church International), who
helped elevate his spirituality and nurture his gifts of entertainment, production, and desire
to be a businessman. Lematiq is an artist who specializes in Hip-Hop dance and Hip-Hop
music production, but he is also into filmmaking and poetry.

While just at the beginning of his career, Lematiq plans on becoming one of the greatest
entertainers, producers, and people that has ever lived. He has started a performing arts
production company named “Lematiq Creations”. His ultimate goal is to build a business empire
that will last in any weather and inspire many people in different ways, creating some of his own happiness, therefore fulfilling his purpose for existing. Among all the struggles in life, Lematiq looks to his talents to escape the reality where he expresses the true meaning of freedom.

“Lematiq’sThrilla”, presented by Scream Team Productions, is an urban, hip-hop millennium version of Michael Jackson’s Thriller dance. This reimagined take on an iconic dance features undead flesh eating zombies.
