Ticketing Questions

Tickets are on sale now at ScareLA.com. Order your tickets, print them out, and bring them with you on the weekend of the event. Tickets will also be on sale at the door from 10:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., but are subject to availability – don’t wait until it’s too late to secure your spot! All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
General Admission tickets provide access to the show floor, stage panels and presentations, and on-site activities and experiences.
Fear Freak tickets provide access to the show floor, front-of-line admission at the entrance, panels, and presentation, and a collectible ScareLA credential.
VIP Monster tickets include all of the above plus reserved seating at all stage panels and presentations, free entry to the Saturday night party, a ScareLA t-shirt, and personalized support by our concierge.
Please note: Classes are free to all attendees except for Make & Take workshops which require a “materials fee.” Sign-ups for make ant takes must be made in advance of the show due to the popularity and high demand for many classes and so our educators can prepare.  Registrations are on a first-come, first-served basis. Yes – passes can be upgraded at the box office any time between 10:00am – 5:30pm. Upgrades are subject to availability and pre-registration is required to guarantee seating in select classes. We highly recommend advance purchase for interested guests.
Lecture-style classes are available for ALL attendees at no additional cost. Make-and-take classes do have a small materials fee. Some on-site experiences and activations may require an additional fee. Visit the ScareLA ticketing page for more information. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

Yes, press passes are available for qualified members of the press. To apply for a press pass, please fill out the Media Inquiry form.
Once you have placed your order online, your tickets will be sent via email. If you do not receive an email containing your tickets, please check your spam folder first. For any other ticketing concerns, please contact ScareLA Customer Support at tickets@scarela.com.
Don’t worry! Bring a photo ID with the name of the person who placed the reservation and we can replace lost tickets.
Unfortunately, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
Tickets will be available at the door, but are subject to availability. To guarantee your entrance to the event, we recommend you purchase tickets online in advance.
There is no deadline for ordering tickets online. We will continue to provide online tickets throughout the convention while supplies last.
Yes. Tickets may be purchased for either day of the event during the box office’s open hours 10:00am – 5:30pm or online while supplies last.
Although we have many available tickets, there is a chance we may reach capacity on one or both days. To ensure your entry to the event, we recommend purchasing tickets in advance.
Children 12 and under may enter ScareLA for FREE, but must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Unattended children will be fed to the monsters.
No, admission to mini-haunts and most experiences is included in your admission ticket.
Yes – you can! Saturday or Sunday tickets are good for the entire day, and weekend passes are good for the entire weekend. Though, with all our vendors, panels, and events, you might find yourself not wanting to leave at all… Please note, there may be no ins and outs allowed for on-site parking – if you leave the parking lot, you may need to pay again for re-entry. You must keep your credential and wristband on at all times.
